Our value is providing the wisdom and expertise of an executive for the price of an entry level operator that you don’t have to train or manage. It is always recommended to have a full-time COO to organize on the vision, but there is a lot of value to unlock by bringing in outside help to execute.
Of course! Our process for one-off projects is similar to our long-term clients. The difference lies in our accountability being on executing the project scope while for long-term clients we are accountable for movement in larger KPIs. Contact us to learn more.
Think of it as a free way of figuring out what core problem you have to fix next in your business. The initial strategy call will be 45 minutes. Here, we will ask follow up questions to dive deep into your business and understand what the core problem to be solved is. We then offer a generic roadmap for the best path to solve that bottleneck in your business. You can use it as and execute it yourself or hire us to do it for you.
Depending on the size of your business, we can work with leadership as the main point of contact or simply for weekly or bi-weekly project updates. Contact us to see how the communication structure would be with your team.
If you decide to pursue a long-term retainer with us, we do have a 3 month minimum commitment. This provides us with more than enough time to execute. Beyond that, you are free to cancel or pause the contract anytime.
