The agency managing the social presence of Anthony Lacavera, a prominent Canadian entrepreneur and founder of Wind Mobile, reached out to our team to lead the research, design, and development of his website rebuild. The project came with a tight timeline that required focus and structure to hit all key timelines throughout the project.
In order to properly manage both the tight timeline and budget while maintaining a strong brand image, we first created a landing page to replace the site that was live. This allowed us to quickly test the suggested design and branding on a live environment while immediately improving the digital representation for Anthony Lacavera. Following this, we worked on the wireframes and design draft for the full website, holding the client accountable to specific deadlines. Once design was approved and all assets were collected, we moved forward with development, structuring the revision process and timelines.
The final outcome was a beautifully designed responsive website to represent the improved digital brand of Anthony Lacavera, launched in time for his keynote speach at a major Toronto technology and innovation conference.
